One of the easiest ways to create a garden is by using raised beds. However, all raised beds are not created equal so you will need to know one of the best uses for these types of beds. Having a raised bed vegetable garden is the best use in my opinion. You can place a weed barrier over the level ground you want to place the bed, which really helps keep the weeds out, put the bed together and fill it up with the best type of dirt you can find. This lets you determine your soil and not just “get by” on what is out back in the yard that can be lacking in minerals and filled with things that won’t help your garden grow.
