When we moved into our neighborhood one of the first things I noticed is that it was a very cookie cutter, everything and everybody kind of looked the same type of neighborhood. Same size and style of houses right down to the deck and fence. I’m sure the contractor had a deal doing it this way and hopefully his deal was passed on to the home buyer.
