Garden Sheds Handy in New Settings
Posted by adminAs a first time homeowner and landlord, I was entering a new terrain that I was unfamiliar. I converted a new home into a duplex and was beginning to show the bottom level to renters. After the first couple lookers and no takers, I knew there was something I needed to address, and that was the lack of storage space within the apartment. There was no way to add more space indoors without breaking the bank, so I began to think about other options. Saw contractors use outdoor storage sheds during work, how about placing one in back for some of the boxed up items that would generally be stored in a garage?
I did my research on garden sheds and ordered mine online. I was surprised at how easy it was to assemble, which took me no time at all. My new tenants have enjoyed a covered, secure place to store their bikes and athletic gear from the rest of their apartment. The shed ended up being a perk to my first renters. For anyone that is fortunate to have some extra lot space, a storage shed is a great investment to clearing up some clutter if you are already cramped for some living space.
